The plan only changes whether the site takes anything in. Everything below comes with the Cheetah plan.

    If you do, pay starts from the second month. If not, Cheetah packs up. The first month isn’t billed.

Questions people ask

Can you move the site I have now

Yes. Give us the address and the about, menu, phone and hours come over as they are. Photos aren’t copied across because of copyright — we ask you for them again.

What if I don’t have a website

That’s fine. The name, a phone number and how to find you are enough for the first screen. The first month is one home page; menu, photos and news are added as you go.

How many pages can I have

We don’t count. Ask for one when you need it and it’s added, with the phone view.

How do I get something changed

Write one line in the chat next to the site (Cheetah Mode) — “the hours changed” — and Cheetah fixes it and puts it up. Text, photos and prices the same day, a new page in a few days. We don’t count requests.

What about the domain

If you have one, we connect it and Cheetah looks after the certificate (https). If not, the site opens at a CheetahWeb address (name.cheetahweb.io) first and moves to your domain once you have one.

When do I need Cheetah PLUS

When the site takes something in — a booking, enquiry or request form, sign-ups, payment or orders. Even a “call me back” request is a form if there’s a field to fill in. Cheetah will say “that’s from Cheetah PLUS” first.

Is the Cheetah PLUS price fixed too

Yes — $150 a month (₩200,000 plus tax where it applies). The conversation sets what you hand over, not the price: which forms, which integrations. The agreed scope goes in the contract and the portal.

How do I move to Cheetah PLUS

Write what you need under “Request Cheetah PLUS” on the portal’s subscription screen, or say so in the chat and Cheetah will point you there. We get in touch to set the scope, and the new price starts from the next billing date.

Why can’t I start on Cheetah PLUS

Everyone’s first screen is the same — name, phone, how to find you. Forms go on top of that. After a month with the home page, it’s clearer which form you actually need.

Can I move back down

Yes. If you take the forms down and go back to a site that only shows, move to the Cheetah plan. Tell us before the next billing date and the change starts from then.

How do I cancel

One line in the chat or by email — “stop from next month.” No penalty; tell us before the next billing date and that month is the last one billed.

What happens to the site if I cancel

It’s yours. You can take the code and the domain, and we return the posts, photos and enquiries within 30 days before the server is deleted.

Where is the server

AWS Seoul. Every business has its own server, backed up daily, HTTPS only.

How do I pay

By card, once a month on the date you started. Inside Korea the card is saved and charged on its own. Outside Korea a card can’t be saved for automatic billing yet, so on that date we mail you a payment link and you pay it in one go. Either way the charge is in Korean won and your bank converts it at their rate. The first month is free and needs no card.

Service period and refunds

Each month runs from the payment date to the day before the next one (paid 15 October, runs to 14 November). If you make no request within 7 days of payment, the month is refunded in full; after that, a paid month isn’t refunded. Days the service is down through our fault are refunded pro rata.
